2. Orders

Orders for wholesalers are placed via our B2B platform.An order confirmation is sent by email after checkout has been finished.No minimum order requirements for refill orders.

3. Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times depending on country (all prices excluding VAT)

• Sweden 149 SEK with Postnord (2-5 business days)
• Norway 299 NOK with UPS (3-7 business days delivery)
• Denmark 199 DKK with Postnord (3-7 business days delivery
• Finland & Åland 29 EUR with UPS (3-7 business days delivery)
• Netherlands, Germany and rest of EU 29 EUR with UPS (3-7 business days delivery)
• USA 49 UPS with UPD (5-10 business days)

No "rest" orders (ie whole order is shipped at once and only with in stock products - no inventory sent out at a later date and no split orders)Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from our warehouse (if all products are in stock).

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and to confirm styles, variants and quantities.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown excl. VAT.Shipping cost is added per order.Import duties or local taxes may apply outside of the EU (for whom the receiver is responsible to pay). Sparv Accessories AB does not cover any custom or related import fees.

5. Complaints

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

Contact reseller@sparv.se with order number, description, and photos (if possible) in addition to a description of the fault).

6. Liability

Sparv Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (Force Majeure). No liability for indirect damages or losses.

7. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typing or printing errors on our website and related to our product information and descriptions. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on light, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose our products as accurately as possible.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored only as needed to manage orders and customer relations.

9. Governing Law

Swedish law applies.
